Find the VR4VET Cloud Engineering app in the Meta Quest store!The VR4VET Cloud Engineering VR app simulates a data center. The users can experience the typical tasks expected from an intern, such as server installation or a custom rack, according to the client’s requirements and general maintenance, monitoring and testing.
When in the application, the user takes the role of a trainee at a cloud engineering center. The user is introduced to the profession and can engage in typical workplace tasks, such as setting up tickets, selecting and replacing hardware components in different server cabinets.
How to use the app
The application can be used as a supplementary material for the end users integrated into the career guidance and vocational education practice.
App features
– Setting up tickets in a cloud engineering center
– Working through different tickets in exchanging and replacing hardware components in a cloud engineering center
– Completing different introduction tours to different hardware components and how to replace them
Conditions and Privacy
This app provides only a simulation of being a trainee of data center and cloud engineering professions. The visual appearance and function of the environment, objects and human characters in the app may not be the same as at the actual workplaces.
The app does not collect or share any personal information. The app does not access the user’s personal data stored on the device. The app does not access the user’s location data. The app does not access the user’s IP address. The app does not collect data about the user’s device.
The app does not collect personal information because such information is not needed for the functionality of the app and is not used for any analytics.
Functions and content of the app can be altered without a warning. The developer does not take any responsibility for use, errors or loss of data or progress.
